I really like it! I found it via your speed paint video on YouTube.
Though it does have a few issues that I want to point out to help you. You may disagree with me, but that's fine. These are just opinions.
I feel like it lost some of the interest and contrast from the head area compared to the rest of the image. The head has all this concentrated contrast and lighting, but then suddenly it all goes away and what should have felt like some seedy, night-life scene suddenly became illuminated as if it were in room lighting. This becomes especially obvious around the mid lower torso area and the mid arms.
While we're on that, it seemed like the focus was confused in many areas. The focus really ought to be the head entirely, mostly because the rest of the image is (I think) meant to support that focal point the most. But there is no focus blur on anything else in the image or focus lighting. The whole image is generally at the same light level and focus level, which, to be realistic, it wouldn't be. And it would become more interesting if it did have those both somewhat more.
I'm only beginning to pick up digital art lately (I'm more of a paper-and-pencil kind of guy) but I'm pretty sure these can be accomplished rather easily.
Oh yeah, there is definitely some lighting errors in this. And the atmospheric effect- oh god, what was I thinking. But, you're right, thank you for the pointers. They're not accomplished easily for me - because I absolutely suck at lighting and backgrounds.
You're amazing at drawing, I really envy you. I'd give anything to be an amazing artist like you, most of my artwork sucks and I've received a lot of hate from it :/ any tips you could give please? By the way what art programme do you use?
Wow!! I've browsed through your gallery and I watched your speed paint for this drawing, and all I have to say is that you are SO amazingly talented! You're very gifted, and I'm so glad I found your awesome gallery.
